Christopher Skura began his career in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) where he served 5 years as an aviation systems engineer specializing in propulsion and weapon systems. He received his degree from Canadian Forces School of Aviation Technology and Engineering. After serving his country, Chris led a large San Diego-based brewing company through its largest expansion and revamped a Colorado-based brewery from survival-mode back into a cash cow. Later, he started a consulting company that opened its doors for over 40 breweries and managed projects for some of the largest names in beer. Chris also consulted on large niche food industries, consulting on cooked, raw, and baked programs for several national household recognized names. Chris is recognized as a world-class process engineer, notorious for his ability to develop lightning-fast solutions to complex problems.
Brandon Smith graduated from Virginia Tech with an electrical engineering degree and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He worked for 10 years with an east-coast based national utility, managing the development and construction of two wind farms and three natural gas power stations. After power generation, Brandon had the opportunity to entitled, designed, and constructed new brewpubs and breweries for a national brewing company for nearly three years, opening new developments that yielded gross sales of $2.5M/month. With his knack of project organization, complex engineering and construction management, and business analytics, he has continued to push business growth and execution success for his clients, managing over $15 billion of projects over the last 10 years. Brandon is recognized as a leader in project execution, consistently delivering results for national recognized clients.
